We were forced to reduce the quality of our photos to host this site on the internet.

Due to the limitations of the Internet (lengthy times for downloading large picture files, as well as the high cost of such great bandwidth for web-site hosting with so many hundreds of photos) we are unable to offer the photos on this site in their original size and quality.

We have reduced the photos online to a tiny fraction of their original sizes, and have reduced the resolution to about 1/16th to 1/25th or less from the original master copies of the photos. If we do not do this, we will be kicked off of our web server.

As I am certain you are aware, even with this reduction in quality, it still takes quite a bit of time to surf through this site, due to having to wait on each photo to download.

It is 100% in English, but we have also included all the helps we can for Spanish speaking people (we are trying to learn to speak Spanish ourselves).

The CD is for use primarily on all Pentium PCs, but photos will be accessible on any computer system that can use JPEG photographs. Text material is in generic text formats, and will be useable (ASCII Text MODE) on ALL computers. Video files are in AVI format.

Proceeds from the sale of this CD will be used to keep this site online, and also to enable us to continue adding more and more photo coverage of the island (greater Host Bandwidth for our websites).

We have done our best in putting the CD together to give you as much coverage of island information as we possibly can. We even include reviews of some of the island's Resorts and businesses.
