Snake head closeup

This is a close-up picture of the smaller of the two pythons (over 8 feet long) that are cared for at Tropical Labyrinth. These python snakes were in a wire mesh cage with a small body of water. This closeup photograph was taken with my camera only about 3 inches from his face (through one of the holes in the mesh fence). He kind of posed, as he remained motionless while I took his picture at such a close range.
