Laberinto Tropical White bird
This is the only white pigeon (or whatever species of bird this is) I saw roaming at Laberinto Tropical. Many of the wild birds are able to fly freely about, but often can be seen on the ground. They seem to be content to hang around, probably waiting to be fed by the zoo animal caretakers. In this photograph, the white bird was on the dirt path that tourists walk on to get to the first of the botanical gardens, before entering the labyrinths. There were quite a few feathers on the ground left by several species of wild birds.
