Most resorts on the island have beautiful tropical garden areas around their properties. Some are nicer than most botanicals gardens (commercial) we have paid to visit on other Caribbean Islands. The abundance of types of native plants as well as other varieties are generally quite evident. This photo shows how some resorts even use the plants to decorate the buildings themselves. This is the Hilton Suites in Porlamar.
